Thats right folks, the ole desktop has finally taken the big crash. Anyway, I have a new HP AMD Quad Core with 8GB of ram and a 750 GB hard drive. Nice 17.3 in screen for my old eyes. It should be screaming fast.

Oh and be more than capable than running BF3, which I am hoping we soon land at The Merc's house.

Sounds good. I should update mine too, but I think I'll hold off awhile longer. I haven't played and FPS games in a few years now, but BF3 looks like a good game.

I got a new Asus gaming laptop last summer 17.3" screen freaking LOVE it...screaming fast with 8 gig of ram...does wonders with my photo editing software...the old dinosaur would have to put some real thought to saving a ten meg photo file...the new machine just does it instantly and says "is that all you got?"
